SummaryTop tier asset management firm is seeking an administrative assistant for 4 executives in their Marketing department. Responsibilities will include: heavy database reporting (about 40% of the role). Heavy phone coverage, calendar management, travel coordination and expense reports, meeting and conference call scheduling, and back up support to other administrative staff. Lots of projects to work on and client facing work.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Financial services experience is a plus. Must have some kind of CRM experience similar to Salesforce. Must have strong technical and communication skills. Must be team oriented, detail oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task. Must be very organized and willing to work OT as needed.
