SummaryHigh end public relations/communications firm is seeking an HR Director to manage the HR function from the most strategic down to the most tactical detail. The HR Director will be responsible for all components of HR including the life cycle of an employee (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding), employee relations, labor compliance, performance management, training and development, payroll, HRIS and benefits. This is a great opportunity to bring in best practices, suggest enhancements, and make a direct impact on the business.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 6-10 years of relevant HR experience, including knowledge and success in both the tactical and strategic components of HR. Must have a demonstrated ability to identify deficit areas and make strong recommendations for changes/enhancements. Must be adept at building relationships with business leaders. Must have strong communication skills. Having a network of resources to leverage is a plus.
