SummaryTech company is seeking a People & Culture Manager for their NY office. This person will help to shape the culture of the organization through employee development and building out internal programs. Analyze current programs, initiatives, and organizational design to ensure overall effectiveness. Communicate with various internal departments and key leaders throughout the firm and be a thought partner on strategies. Use metrics to look at talent retention and growth throughout the firm and make decisions regarding talent acquisition and development. Serve as an active employee advocate resolving any issues, concerns and questions. Assess company workflow and internal processes to determine future changes
QualificationsBA/BS required. Must have 5+ years of relevant experience including HR and program management. Must be effective in a fast-paced, demanding, and high pressure environment. Must be proactive and able to function autonomously. Must have stellar interpersonal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and goals to senior leadership. Must have experience implementing strategies and building out programs as well as experience analyzing data.
