SummaryTop tier asset management firm is seeking a mid-level HR Business Partner to work closely with a Senior HR Business Partner covering a 200-person domestic business. Partner with management to understand their needs and objectives, execute strategies to meet their needs. Responsibilities include: talent development, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR data analysis. Will work with limited support and must be able to roll up sleeves to do all levels of work - from most strategic to administrative for on-boarding. Amazing team of people to work with!
QualificationsThe qualified candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of 5 years of work experience including a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP. Financial services experience required. Solid understanding of employee relations, training and development, performance management and data analysis. Must have extensive experience using an ATS and an HRIS system. Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset. Must excel in both the strategic and tactical parts of the role and be willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done. Must thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
