SummaryPrestigious boutique finance firm is seeking an Office Manager to support the founders of the firm. Responsibilities will include heavy phone coverage, calendar management, gate-keeping, travel arrangements and coordination of meetings. Will work on document production and presentations for client meetings. Office Manager will pay invoices, process payroll and manage vendor contracts. May be required to order and pick up lunch and run both professional and personal errands. Work on any ad-hoc projects as they arise.
QualificationsBA/BS degree required. Must have strong admin skills with at least 5+ years of prior relevant experience. Strong MS Office Suite skills required: Word, Excel and Outlook. Predictable hours primarily 9 - 5 role. Must have a strong numbers aptitude and a client service disposition. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
