Answer front desk phone and direct incoming calls to proper place. Coordinates schedules of conference room. File as needed. Travel and expense reconciliation support. Coordinate conference event logistics. Scheduling meetings and various clerical projects as needed.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a completed BA/BS degree plus 1-2 years of relevant experience in an admin or hospitality capacity. Must have strong communication and technical skills. Must be able to multi-task effectively and manage in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work OT as needed.
