SummarySupport CEO at this well-established and growing advertising technology company. Responsibilities will include: heavy phone coverage/calendar management/travel and expenses/event reservations, gate-keeping, managing the flow of the CEO's office, managing the CEO's inbox and communicating on his behalf, handling reports/invoices and managing distribution of office mail. Plan events and track department/projected related expenses and partner with Finance to manage team budgets.
QualificationsCompleted BA/BS required. Must have minimum 8 - 10 years of Executive Assistant experience, within a high growth/fast-paced environment. Must be polished and professional, efficient, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must have an outgoing team oriented disposition. Must be able to work in an ever changing environment. Strong MS Office Suite skills including Excel and PowerPoint. Must be flexible to work OT as needed. 24/7 availability is needed for this role.
