SummaryWork with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partners in assigned client areas to develop and implement effective, comprehensive staffing strategies including ATS, job boards, web searches, networking, industry-specific sources, and traditional recruitment methods. Partner with hiring manager to assess staffing needs. Direct Source candidates, screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone and in person), conduct assessments, conduct reference/background checks, provide hiring recommendations; challenge/influence decision making; develop and make employment offers for exempt and non-exempt positions. Create job descriptions and post roles. Develop position-specific screening questionnaires for hiring managers and their interview team. Manage candidates throughout the interview process; ensure candidate care, correspond with hiring managers and communicate with HRBPs and other internal stakeholders to ensure a thorough and efficient pre-employment and on-boarding process. Negotiate and present offers. Manage employee on-boarding process. Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline by using traditional and non-traditional recruitment resources, like attending career and on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
QualificationsBA/BS degree required. Minimum 4 years of Recruiting/Sourcing experience with demonstrated ability to source, network and build pipelines. Strong technical sourcing and research knowledge and expertise. Excellent interview, assessment and selection skills. Experience in Financial Services industry is strongly preferred. Proficient with web based recruiting systems, internet tools, direct sourcing methods as well as MS Office. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the proven ability to communicate effectively. Must have recruitment software solutions experience.
