SummaryBoutique Project Management and Design firm is seeking an HR Ops Manager to manage the operations of the firm. Responsibilities include: HR (employment compliance, employee relations, benefits management,recruiting and company communication); Accounting (oversee bookkeeping, maintain compliance with accounting regulations, develop best practices for project-related accounting tasks); oversee, update and maintain insurance policies ensuring compliance and updating as needed. Will work closely with business owners to enhance the operations side of the business.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 7+ years of work experience with at least a 3-5 years in an HR capacity. Ideally, the candidate will have a good understanding of employee relations, employment law, recruiting, and some benefits knowledge. Will also have had some supervisory experience.Strong technical skills are required, specifically Excel and an ability to learn QuickBooks.
