SummaryBiotech/Pharma company is seeking an Office Manager/Admin to support their satellite office. Will assist in running day to day operations for the office and provide back-up support to CEO as well as other executive leadership team members. Will schedule and coordinate meetings, video and teleconferences, and prepare materials and documents in advance, assist in editing presentations. Responsible for processing and tracking invoices as well as updating sponsorship payments and dues, track executive expenses, handle internal/external communication on behalf of CEO and other executive leadership team members. Will also organize incoming/outbound mail and packages, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. Carry out ad-hoc projects as needed.
QualificationsDegree strongly preferred. 7+ years of relevant administrative/office support required. Must have experience interfacing with C-level executives. Must be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, with the ability to prioritize various projects and responsibilities and take initiative in the role. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to respond with professionalism in verbal and written communications with all levels of the organization. Must understand how to act with discretion and sensitivity with confidential information. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, with preferred proficiency using SharePoint. Hours 8-5.
