SummaryTop tier private equity firm is seeking an administrative assistant for a team of 5 (including one senior executive) on a busy private equity team. Responsibilities will include: heavy phone coverage, calendar management, travel coordination and expense reports, database management, meeting and conference call scheduling, and back up support to other administrative staff. Predictable hours with great work/life balance.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have a completed BA/BS degree plus a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience. Financial services experience is strongly preferred. Must have strong technical and communication skills. Must be team oriented, detail oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task. Must be very organized. Hours are primarily 9 - 6 with little OT required.
