SummaryReal Estate firm is seeking an HR Administrator to support payroll and HRIS processes. Will maintain performance and integrity of HRIS system, handle daily and monthly reporting, and support internal/external audit procedures. Will liaise with internal departments to gather information, process payroll, and track employee changes and PTO. Prepare 401K reports and process funding for contributions. and assist with year-end processing and deliverables. Answer employee questions and assist with creating solutions, maintain and monitor compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Will also carry out HR projects as assigned by Director of HR.
QualificationsDegree required. 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to HRIS and/or payroll. Experience using ADP Workforce Now is required. Must also be proficient in MS Office Suite. Must have excellent customer service skills as well as strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
