SummaryPartner and support internal recruiters to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for various departments within this top NYC fund. Work with candidates and hiring teams to coordinate a seamless interview day and travel, when applicable. Act as a liaison to the Internal Recruiter to address questions and concerns from the hiring teams and candidates. Draft, execute, and process offer paperwork for selected hires. Work on ad hoc recruiting projects as they arise. Job will include scheduling up to 10 candidates per day. Update/maintain pipeline & candidate information. Collect and gather feedback on candidates and transfer to system.
QualificationsBA/BS degree required. 2 - 3 years prior work experience in recruiting coordination, sales support or event planning required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook required. Experience working in an extremely dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Must have excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation. Must be highly organized and great attention to detail.
