SummarySupport Founder/CEO, one on one, at this rapidly growing pharmaceutical/biotech firm. Executive Assistant will be true right hand, responsible for scheduling and confirming domestic and international meetings while managing dynamic calendar. Work in tandem with Chief of Staff to ensure priorities are met. Coordinate travel throughout the US and abroad including private and commercial aviation. Handle confidential materials for Investors, Board Members and employees. Interface with high-profile professionals outside of the organization. Screen and direct calls. Personal work will involve travel arrangements, reservations and family activities.
QualificationsCompleted BA/BS required. Must have at least 7-10 years of Executive Assistant experience, within a high growth/fast-paced environment, financial services preferred. Must have supported a founder or demanding senior executive. Must be polished and professional, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills and technical capabilities. Must be willing to work additional hours as needed - with 24/7 availability via phone and email. Must be discreet and have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
