SummarySupport CEO, one on one, at this boutique well established Private Equity firm. Executive Assistant will be responsible for scheduling and confirming meetings while managing complex calendars. Maintain all contact and client lists for manager. Order and maintain all office supplies. Coordinate travel throughout the US and abroad. Arrange car services and local transportation in NYC. Answer busy phone lines. Personal work will involve travel arrangements, reservations and errands as needed.
QualificationsCompleted BA/BS required. Must have at least 15 years of Executive Assistant experience, within financial services preferred. Must have supported a demanding senior executive. Must be polished and professional with strong communication skills and technical capabilities. Must be willing to work OT as needed - core hours are 8:30 - 6:30pm with 24/7 availability via phone and email. Must be discreet and have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
