SummaryRapidly growing, global boutique financial services firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to be responsible for the lateral and campus hiring needs of the firm. Responsibilities will include providing a strategic approach to recruitment, developing and implementing the firm's recruitment plan, developing and driving the firm's ability to attract top tier talent, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment and hiring process.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have a college degree and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience including experience recruiting in financial services and for tech roles. Must be interested in conducting both the tactical as well as the strategic components of recruitment. Must have strong relationship building skills and experience as consultant to the line managers.
