SummaryBoutique well established Investment Banking firm is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support the firm's Chairman. Responsibilities will include: phone coverage, calendar management, travel arrangements, email management, bill payments (both personal and business) running errands, scheduling medical appointments and processing medical claims, expense approval and accounts receivable tracking. The role involves a great deal of project management and ad hoc projects as they arise.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 7-10 years of administrative support experience, including extensive personal assistant experience. Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong tech skills. Must be detail-oriented, a team player, forward thinking and have a high level of discretion. Finance experience preferred. Knowledge of a bookkeeping system is required (i.e. QuickBooks, SAGE/MAS 90) 24/7 availability required.
