SummaryRapidly growing media company is seeking a strong Executive Assistant to support a senior executive. Responsibilities will include heavy travel planning and expense reporting, extensive creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, phone coverage, calendar management and ad hoc projects as needed.
QualificationsThe qualified candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years supporting a senior level executive. College degree is preferred. Must have strong technical skills, specifically top level PowerPoint skills. Must be detail oriented, be able to anticipate needs, and be able to work autonomously.
