SummaryBoutique financial services firm is seeking an administrative assistant/office coordinator to support the President/CEO. Responsibilities include calendar management, extensive travel, reservations, and expenses. Will be point person ordering and stocking office food and supplies. Will assist in planning office events and interface with Board members and high profile clients.
QualificationsBA/BS required. Must have a minimum of 3 years customer service or administrative support experience. Must be detail oriented and client service oriented. Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to successfully multi-task. Must have strong technical skills. Must have a flexible and adaptable attitude. Hours are 8-5. Health benefits are covered 100%.
