SummaryAnswer, manage and receive incoming calls, visitors and correspondence for this mid-sized investment firm. Re-stock, manage and order supplies and pantry/kitchen items in a timely and orderly fashion. Assist the Director of HR and other senior level executives with ad-hoc administrative requests. Interact with and manage various personalities with professionalism, suiting different needs and preferences. Work on projects utilizing PowerPoint, Word and Excel. The role can entail revision and creation of presentations for meetings of high visibility. Assist in the arrangement and coordination of company events, meetings and teleconferences as needed. Highly predictable work hours: 8:30 - 5pm daily.
QualificationsBA/BS degree is required. 5+ years of reception and or customer service experience is required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with the financial services industry, or the ability to quickly learn basic financial terms is a plus. Must be client service oriented.
