SummaryMidtown Investment Management firm is seeking an Office Manager/Assistant. Will support the office will all admin duties. Heavy office and personal support for top exec and minor support for 2 other executives. Order supplies and cover reception (quiet phones but busy foot traffic). Manage office kitchen and restock as necessary. Order car services and messengers. Manage IT requests and forward on to direct department. Work on special projects related to meeting planning, board books and executive committee meetings.
QualificationsBA/BS degree required. 5 - 7 years executive/personal assistant experience in an office setting required. Must have strong writing and software skills. Must be highly organized with strong verbal communication skills. Must be extremely discreet and have proven track record dealing with highly confidential information and high profile business associates.
