Manage a robust and growing campus recruiting initiative across all domestic businesses. Manage a team of 7 including but not limited to: On-campus recruitment, Summer Internship Program and Analyst and Associate Training and conversion. Strategic planning around core school selection and work with direct reports to increase and promote on campus presence. Work closely with internal and external clients to build interest and commitment around campus recruiting process. Report directly into the head of talent for the firm. Partner with other HR professionals across all business lines. Manage campus recruitment budget.
BA/BS degree required. Must have 5 – 7 years of campus recruiting experience at a financial institution, with at least 2 years in a management role. Must be comfortable presenting and interacting with the executive committee of the firm. Must be willing to do some travel.
