Summary

Prestigious asset management firm is seeking a Technology Recruiter to partner with the business in order to attract top talent for the firm. Responsible for full cycle recruiting including working with senior leaders and hiring managers to align hiring needs with business goals, determining best sourcing opportunities, screening candidates, ensuring the flow of the process and that candidates have a seamless experience, managing debrief sessions, negotiating offers and closing candidates, maintaining information in ATS, and managing vendor relationships all in a high volume recruiting environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus a 7+ years of recruiting experience. Technology recruiting within the financial services industry is required. Must have a strong understanding of technical concepts and how it relates to the financial markets. Must be effective in a high-touch client facing role covering high volume recruitment.  Strong communication skills and ability to develop a close rapport with senior leaders and hiring managers is also required. Must be a collaborative, team player.
