Fast-paced and growing tech firm looking for an Administrative Assistant to support Business Development team. Will handle detailed calendar management including scheduling in-person meetings, VC and conference calls across multiple time zones. Organize and prioritize incoming correspondence and requests, manage internal and external contacts. Book travel and process team expenses. Carry out special projects and ensure proper follow-up.
BA/BS preferred. Candidate must have 2+ years of relevant administrative support experience from a similar fast-paced environment. Must be extremely organized with a positive and flexible attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technology. Must be hard-working and humble with the willingness to take on additional projects. Flexibility to work OT as needed.
