Global asset management firm is seeking a Team Assistant to support a small team in Corporate Access. Responsibilities will include: calendar management, database management, running reports, tracking meetings and associated details, providing high level client service engagement with internal and external stakeholders and ad hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 4-6 years of relevant administrative support and project experience. Must have strong communications skills (both written and verbal) and strong technical skills. Must have stellar client service experience. An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks is required.
