Fast-paced and innovative boutique management consulting firm is seeking a Talent Development Lead to own and manage all aspects of employee development for the firm. Responsibilities will include evaluating and developing curriculum, implementing and delivering training programs leveraging external vendors and subject matter experts when needed, and fostering opportunities for learning. In addition, the Talent Development Lead will evaluate all components of the employee life-cycle to provide strategic guidance to leadership on best practices, run the performance management process, and drive the mentorship program, among other components.
Completed BA/BS degree. Five-plus years of experience in Talent and Development required. Three-plus years of experience in design and delivery of talent and learning programs. Experience in management consulting industry preferred. Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills. Proven track record of successful implementation of talent interventions with metrics. Executive presence and ability to influence across various levels within an organization. Passion and drive for personal development and learning. Ability to develop impactful presentations. Excited to own the function and willingness to manage it autonomously. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adjust one’s style to meet the audience’s needs. Excellent project management skills, ability to multi-task and work to deadlines. A strong external network with an ability to bring best practice and innovation from the market. Comfort with data and is able to distill concepts from complex and/or robust information.
