Global, rapidly growing consumer services company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team. The TA Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 recruiters nationally as well as carrying a load of mid to senior level open reqs. In addition, this person will create and implement procedures and best practices for hiring and on-boarding, will work closely with the CHRO to implement effective change, will also work closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment and on-boarding process. Will also be tasked with leveraging the current ATS system to enhance the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of seven years of full cycle recruitment experience coupled with management experience. Managing remote recruiters is a plus. Must have a strong background in sourcing as well as experience creating and implementing best practices in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Strong background working with ATS systems, experience implementing an ATS is a plus. Experience managing relationships with the line and reigning them in on processes and best practices required.
