Top pharmaceutical company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide support to the Head of Sales and the team. Will be responsible for maintaining the calendar, conducting research, drafting and revising documents, gathering information, and scheduling meetings and associated travel arrangements. Will process contracts and invoices, run reports, maintain databases and work on projects as needed. Will have the opportunity to gain additional professional knowledge through participating in workshops, professional outreach and other group networking opportunities.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must have 2-4 years of administrative support experience, sales environment preferred. Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus. Must have strong technical skills, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), must be a true team player, detail oriented and have great organizational skills.
