Boutique Investment Bank is in need of an experienced recruiting coordinator. Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data collection and tracking of all firm candidates and prospects. Scheduling all on campus recruiting events and being a point of contact for the Career Center offices; coordinate campus interview days both in office and on campus. Responsible for the candidate experience and moving them efficiently and smoothly through the recruiting process, including application collection, scheduling interviews, collecting interviewer feedback, coordinating internal debrief sessions, and managing candidate travel and expense reimbursements. Plan and execute targeted recruiting events both on and off campus. Proactively track firm prospects, outreach plans, and appropriate follow-ups, as needed. Manage projects as they arise from both lateral and campus programs.
Candidate must have a completed BA/BS degree with at least 1 full year in a campus recruiting coordinator seat. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking systems, Greenhouse strongly preferred. Need to be highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Must be able to work independently and proactively identify areas of improvement. Must be flexible and adaptable, start-up experience a plus. Must be calm under pressure and have a sense of humor.
