Amazing and growing tech company is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. This role will start as a 6-9 month contract with possibility to extend. Recruiting Coordinator will handle high-volume scheduling, manage multiple interviews with candidates, coordinate interview details, act as a point of contact for candidates, manage written/verbal correspondence, and greet candidates for on-site interviews. Will also update and maintain all information in ATS. Will run reports as needed and work on special projects to support the growth of the recruitment function.
BA/BS required. Plus 1 year of relevant support experience in a fast-paced and hectic environment. Must have impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a high level of professionalism and discretion. Must also have a fluid and flexible approach and be able to quickly adapt to change and new tasks. Must be proactive and take initiative to solve projects and be a strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new projects.
