Rapidly growing consumer services company is seeking a recruiter. Through predominantly no-fee sourcing, recruiters will handle full cycle, high volume recruiting for those areas. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements, create and revise job specs, manage candidates through the process and fill roles quickly.
The ideal candidates must have a college degree plus a minimum of 2-3 years sourcing/full cycle high volume recruiting experience. Must have either customer service or sales recruiting experience specifically. Must have demonstrated successful high volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment. National recruiting experience is a plus.
