Rapidly growing consumer services company is seeking a recruiter to cover Marketing. Through fee and no-fee sourcing, the recruiter will handle full cycle, high volume recruiting for the Marketing Division. Work closely with CMO and hiring managers to clarify requirements, create and revise job specs, manage candidates through the process and fill roles quickly.
The ideal candidates must have a college degree plus a minimum of 3-5 years sourcing/full cycle high volume recruiting experience. Must have digital marketing recruiting experience specifically. Must have demonstrated successful high volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment. National recruiting experience is a plus.
