International Asset Management firm is seeking a Vice President level Recruiter to manage the recruitment for all front office roles at the VP level and below. Will manage a team of 3 who will be responsible for no fee sourcing. Will work directly with hiring managers to determine sourcing options, coordinate recruitment process, create at CRM system and help create a “search firm” team within a large well established HR Department.
The qualified candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience both on the agency side and the client side. Must have financial services experience. The role requires strong relationship building skills, strong communication skills both written and verbal, and be a true team player. Must have a strong sense of urgency. Must be well versed in Applicant Tracking systems and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
