Well established boutique Financial Technology company is looking for a front of house coordinator. Responsibilities will include: meeting and greeting visitors, including high profile internal and external executives, maintaining kitchen and office supplies, answering multi-line phone system, coordinating with building on any office needs including registering guests, coordinating with building management and maintaining the copier room. Will manage busy Outlook conference room calendars and maintain neatness of conference room area. Will manage kitchen including ordering from vendors and preparing coffee daily. Will take on additional projects as they arise. Hours are 7:30 – 5pm.
The qualified candidate must have 1-3+ years of office or client service experience. Completed BA/BS degree required. Must have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills including Outlook and Word. Must be a true team player who is attentive, detail oriented, and enjoys ensuring the office runs smoothly.
