Global, boutique asset management firm is seeking a Receptionist / Office Coordinator. Responsibilities will include: meeting and greeting visitors, including high profile internal and external executives, maintaining kitchen and office supplies, answering multi-line phone system, coordinating with building on any office needs, light administrative work to support Office Manager and team as needed, and anticipate needs of team members. Early start: 7:30AM.
The qualified candidate must have 3+ years of office experience. College degree preferred. Must have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills in Word and Excel. Must be a true team player who is attentive, detail oriented, and enjoys ensuring the office runs smoothly.
