Receptionist/Office Coordinator

Summary

Asset management firm seeking a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join their firm. Will work in tandem with firm’s Receptionist handling phone coverage, greeting guests and clients, booking conference rooms and scheduling for internal teams and executives. Will also provide direct support to Office Manager and carry out various projects related to day to day office operations. Will assist Marketing team with document and presentation preparation and formatting and supporting overall production process. Will communicate directly with external vendors and assist with troubleshooting as needed.

 

Qualifications

BA/BS required. Ideal candidate will have 2 years’ in an administrative support/client service role out of a corporate environment. Must be highly professional with a positive attitude and stellar verbal and written communication skills. Must be a self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the firm and internal teams. Must be willing to roll up sleeves and take on various projects with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
