Boutique and rapidly growing investment advisory firm is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Reception duties include answering phones, meeting/greeting and seating guests, manage conference room calendar and set up/ breakdown of conference rooms, catering, lobby maintenance, mailing and package coordination. Office management duties include kitchen maintenance, ordering and restocking food and beverages, ordering and restocking office supplies, overseeing printer and copier maintenance. Will provide administrative assistant support to Business Development/Investor Relations Team and Firm’s Tax Manager including calendar and contact management, travel and expense coordination, data entry and database management, tax mailings/certificate setup, entity management and related ad-hoc projects.
The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of office experience. Must have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidate should be organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must have strong technical skills including Outlook. Must be a true team player who is attentive, relationship oriented, and enjoys being the front face of the firm.
