Dynamic biotech company is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for the firm. Warmly greet and direct all guests, notify team members promptly upon arrival and exude confidence and cordiality to all guests possessing high level of professionalism. Manage the conference room calendar and take ownership of the scheduled meetings in order to direct guests to the correct location. Answer the phones, transfer calls, and take messages, as needed. Assist with catering requests as needed, strong attention to detail on the executive conference area. Maintain reception area as it relates to cleanliness and order. Distribute mail, alert employees about packages and lunch orders. Order office supplies and snacks. Assist with facilities requests as needed on ad-hoc projects including office move and provide back-up admin support to other administrative members.
Bachelor’s Degree required along with 2- 4 years related experience in a corporate, fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must. Experience with Concur, Greenhouse and Salesforce are a plus. Experience interacting with high-level guests with poise, grace, and an outgoing personality. A “no task is too small” type of approach to the day-to-day operations. Extremely high attention to detail in all aspects. Must be punctual, reliable, and quick-thinking with problem-solving skills.
