Global Professional Services Firm is seeking a Receptionist to support their Administrative Services Team. Will meet and greet all incoming guests and clients, escort to conference/meeting rooms and ensure exceptional client-service experience. Will answer busy phones, take detailed messages and prioritize and direct incoming calls. Will also be responsible for prioritizing and screening incoming email correspondence to firm’s general mailbox. Will liaise with internal departments and support with various administrative projects. Will provide back-up coverage to Executive Assistants when needed. Will support catering, meeting preparation, new-hire on-boarding and internal event set-up and breakdown.



College degree preferred. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of corporate work experience, with a focus on client service experience in a professional services environment.
Must be highly professional, friendly, helpful, and superior interpersonal communication skills. Must be highly organized with creative and resourceful problem-solving skills. Should have demonstrated success at functioning autonomously when required. Must understand how to juggle multiple priorities and work under deadlines. Hours are 7:45-4:45p, with very minimal OT.
