Meet and greet clients at this prestigious healthcare hedge fund. Answer phones, direct callers and take messages. Set up kitchen daily. Order lunches and supplies. Stock kitchen with breakfast and snack items. Work with administrative staff on any special projects. Coordinate conference calls and set up conference rooms. Heavy project work including meeting notes and CRM database management on a daily basis. Hours are 7:30 – 5 with flexibility to work beyond when needed.
BA/BS degree required. 2 – 3 years prior customer service and or reception experience required. Experience in financial services a plus. Must have experience using Outlook as well as exposure to MS Office Suite. Must be a team player and be able to back up others when needed.
