Global venture capital firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Talent Team. The PC will work closely with the team to ensure a seamless workflow of all components of the talent search process. This person will track and ensure the completion of all the steps in the development and preparation of data to share with external recruiters. This will include tracking all candidate details in the database, facilitating communication of candidate details to the PC in a timely and complete fashion, developing Excel reports and PPT decks to be used for management updates, and proactively seeking out whatever else can be done to facilitate a smooth process.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Must have proven success in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment. Must be a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and have great technical skills. Must be detail oriented, process driven and a strong team player. Knowledge of program management a plus.
