Program Coordinator – Recently Filled

Summary

Prestigious Westchester Not for Profit seeks a Program Coordinator to work on their career services effort.
Role will be responsible for overall program development, marketing and implementation. Maintain all records and statistical reporting. Provide individual and group career counseling services- including introduction to LinkedIn and social media, resume writing, interview techniques, navigating job boards and conducting mock interviews.  Help to network, recruit and manage volunteers to offer workshops on career skills relevant to job-seekers. Identify employment opportunities in corporate and non-profit settings. Create and maintain weekly calendar of workshops and appointments.

 

Qualifications

Candidate must have a completed Bachelor’s Degree.  Must have strong project management, strategic planning and organizational skills.  Experience providing individual and group career counseling services is required.  Must have expertise in LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
