Founding Partner of a top Private Equity firm is seeking a Personal Assistant. Working in the office, the PA will work closely with the Executive Assistant on heavy calendar management and phone coverage. In addition, the PA will work closely with other members of the Executive’s team to provide coverage related to travel (commercial and private jet), event and activity planning, project management, material prep for Board meetings, invoices, doctors’ appointments and payments, and liaise with IT to ensure all technology is up-to-date and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 2-5+ years of relevant administrative support experience including some experience as a Personal Assistant. Must have a total “will-do” attitude, be fluid and flexible, and be open to receiving direction from multiple people. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to discern what are priorities and shift as needed. Must be able to build great rapport with others internally and externally. Must be available 24/7 as needed.
