Top tier hedge fund is seeking an Office Manager /Executive Assistant to join the firm. The Office Management responsibilities include: general office management, be point person with the building, handle any mechanical issues, point of contact with all related vendors, supervising facilities and receptionist, ensuring office supplies are maintained and reordered as needed, manage Seamless account, liaise with IT to get new hires set up, on call as needed. The EA responsibilities include support for two senior level executives with minimal support as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative and office coordination/office management experience. Must have supported a C-level executive. Experience working with building management, mechanical systems, office related vendors a plus. Supervisory experience preferred. Strong project management and communication skills required. Must be available to manage emergency situations outside of typical business hours.
