Boutique investment firm is seeking an Office Manager /Executive Assistant to join the firm. The Office Management responsibilities include: general office management, be point person with the building, handle any mechanical issues, point of contact with all related vendors, supervising receptionist, ensuring office supplies and food are maintained and reordered as needed, coordinate IT coverage, set up new hires, on call as needed. The EA responsibilities include support for one c-level executive and two direct reports with minimal support as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7+ years of relevant administrative and office management experience, college degree required. Experience working with building management, mechanical systems, office related vendors a plus. Supervisory experience preferred. Strong project management and communication skills required. Must be available to manage emergency situations outside of typical business hours.
