Top tier hedge fund is seeking an Office Management Assistant. The Assistant will provide support to the head of Administration, including: heavy support related to company office move including engaging with multiple external vendors to coordinate and prepare for detailed meetings, heavy phone coverage, calendar management, meeting planning and prep, report generation, PPT presentations. The Assistant will also provide support to Office Management with event planning, extensive calendaring for full firm events/training and offsites.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 2-4 years of administrative support experience supporting a team. Financial services industry experience preferred. An interest in Office Management preferred. Must have some project management experience which could include event planning, office moves or other relevant projects. Must have strong technical and communication skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and be a strong team player.
