Salary: $55-60K
Plus: Bonus

Summary

Top tier boutique real estate finance firm is seeking an assistant to support the 2 Principals of the company. Responsibilities will include heavy calendar management,  data entry, meeting coordination and heavy interaction with clients of the firm. Will act as gatekeeper as well as filter important messages and outreach of clients. Will act as front of house for any in person visitors as well as answer all calls for both of the Principals. Will be responsible for bookkeeping support including heavy data entry daily. Will take on additional projects as they arise.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of 2 years of assistant experience, some experience supporting senior executives in a customer service environment is preferred. Professional services experience preferred. Must have strong numbers aptitude and interest in accounting support and training. Must be a strong multi-tasker, team player and have strong attention to detail. Must have strong technical skills including Excel. Hours are 9am – 5pm with little to no overtime work required. Great work/life balance with early close on Fridays during summer months.
