Boutique hedge fund is looking for an Office Coordinator to manage the office and support the firm’s CEO and other staff. Will handle phone coverage, greeting guests and clients, scheduling internal meetings, conference room and office maintenance, and managing vendor communication and relationships. Will handle calendar management, travel/expenses, and personal work as needed for CEO and other executives as needed. Will also help update company website, create/edit presentations, and provide marketing as well as operations support.
BA/BS required. Must have 2+ years of relevant administrative support experience. Ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial, well-organized problem solver who is comfortable taking on new and increasing responsibilities as the firm grows. Must be resourceful and a true self-starter with a positive attitude. Must be effective with minimal oversight. Hours 8-5, with flexibility for OT as needed.
