Prestigious global private equity firm is seeking an Office Administrator. Responsibilities include office and facilities management, corporate services management, administrative support management, and construction management. In addition, the OM will be tasked with developing firm-wide discount programs related to travel, dining, etc., vendor management, managing and tracking spend on vendors, office space, and all corporate services programs.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 7+ years of work experience plus at least 2 years in a comparable role. Financial services experience is required. Must have a strong quantitative and analytical ability, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Must be proactive and have demonstrated innovative ideas and programs with a team player mentality.
