Global Professional Services Firm is seeking an Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. Will support the firm’s Administrative Services team and will also provide Executive Assistant coverage as needed to various Consultants throughout the company. Will assist with vendor management/communication, plan and coordinate internal and external meetings and events. Cover reception as needed. Will support catering, meeting preparation, new-hire on-boarding and internal event set-up and breakdown. Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel/expense coordination, and gatekeeping.
College degree preferred. Ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience, with a focus on client service experience in a professional services environment. Must be highly professional with superior interpersonal communication skills. Must be highly organized and adaptable, able to quickly shift priorities. Should have demonstrated success at functioning autonomously when required. Must understand how to juggle multiple priorities and work under deadlines. Hours are 8:30-5:30pm.
